User Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Meta Platform Terms, GDPR, and CCPA guidelines, you have full authority to request the complete erasure of all personal data and social credentials associated with SethuFlow.

1. What Data SethuFlow Stores

SethuFlow (sethuflow.com) accesses user information strictly through official Meta OAuth 2.0 APIs (Facebook Login & Instagram Graph API) to enable cross-platform social media publishing, scheduling, and analytics telemetry.

Data Collected:
  • Facebook User ID / Page ID
  • Connected Page name & avatar URL
  • Encrypted OAuth access tokens (AES-256)
  • Scheduled post copy & media attachments
Data Never Accessed:
  • Your Facebook account password
  • Personal direct messages or inbox chats
  • Friends list or private profile activity
  • Financial or payment credentials

2. Step-by-Step Deletion Methods

You can delete or purge your connected Meta information through any of the three following methods:

AMethod 1: Direct Deletion from Facebook (Recommended)

You can instantly revoke SethuFlow's permissions and send an automated data deletion request directly inside your Facebook account:

  1. Open your Facebook profile and navigate to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  2. In the left sidebar, navigate to Apps and Websites.
  3. Locate SethuFlow in the active applications list.
  4. Click the Remove button.
  5. Optionally check “Delete posts, videos or events that SethuFlow posted on your timeline”, then confirm by clicking Remove.
  6. To confirm your deletion status, click into Removed Apps and Websites, select SethuFlow, and click Send Request.
BMethod 2: In-App Self-Service from SethuFlow Dashboard
  1. Log in to your account at sethuflow.com.
  2. Go to Connected Channels.
  3. Find your connected Facebook or Instagram card and click Disconnect. This immediately purges all encrypted tokens for that channel.
  4. To permanently delete your entire user profile and all staged content, navigate to Settings → Account → click Delete Account & Purge All Stored Data.
CMethod 3: Email Deletion Request (48-Hour SLA)

If you are unable to access your Facebook or SethuFlow account, you can submit an explicit erasure request to our engineering team:

Subject: Facebook User Data Deletion Request
Include: Your registered email address and/or Facebook Page Name/ID

Our Data Protection Officer will permanently wipe your records from all production databases and backup snapshots within 48 business hours and return a confirmation deletion code.

3. Automated Deletion Callback Status

When Meta invokes SethuFlow's real-time Data Deletion Request callback, our automated security worker deletes your cached access tokens instantly and issues a cryptographically signed confirmation code.

Cryptographic Zero-Trace Guarantee: Once deleted, all OAuth tokens are purged from memory and disk. No backup copies are maintained, and API calls to Meta servers are permanently terminated.
