Clear, creator-first terms for using SethuFlow's social media command center, AI Post Studio, and cross-platform automation tools.

Every new user receives 7 days of unrestricted access to our multi-platform scheduling tools, AI adaptation engines, and social analytics. We do not ask for a credit card during trial activation. You will never be billed automatically without your explicit opt-in confirmation.

1. Acceptance & Account Responsibility

By accessing or using SethuFlow (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, agency, or other legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for all publishing actions conducted through your connected accounts.

2. Social Media Platform API Guidelines

SethuFlow dispatches content through official developer APIs including X (Twitter) Developer Platform, Meta Graph API (Instagram & Facebook), LinkedIn UGC API, TikTok Content Posting API, YouTube Data API, Pinterest API v5, Bluesky AT Protocol, and Mastodon ActivityPub.

You agree to comply with all acceptable use policies of the target platforms.
You agree not to utilize SethuFlow for mass unsolicited spam, manipulative artificial amplification, or posting malicious links.
SethuFlow is not liable for temporary channel API rate limits or third-party platform moderation penalties resulting from prohibited content.

3. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

Your Content is 100% YoursSethuFlow claims zero ownership rights over any text, images, videos, or campaigns you compose or schedule through our platform.

AI Output CopyrightAll captions, variations, and adaptations generated by our AI assistants belong entirely to you for personal or commercial use.

4. Subscriptions, Upgrades, & Cancellation

Following your 7-day free trial, you may choose to remain on our free tier or upgrade to Creator, Team, or Agency tiers.

Billing Cycles: Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual recurring schedule as selected.
Upgrades & Downgrades: Plan changes take effect immediately with prorated adjustments.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time with a single click inside Billing Settings. Your account remains active until the end of your prepaid period.

5. Service Level & Limitation of Liability

SethuFlow maintains a target 99.9% uptime SLA for automated scheduled post dispatching. While we build redundant queues with automatic exponential backoff, SethuFlow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

In no event shall SethuFlow be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from loss of social media revenue or follower metrics.
